When my partner and I purchased several vacation rental condos in several locations, we found that the websites out in the world did not have a complete set of features and reports. It has the features a vacation rental property owner needs and is flexible enough to be able to add more. We also have a better handle on our advertising expenses since the system tells us which reservations came from which source.
